Processed Personal Data
For candidates who are members of the platform:
- Name-surname (or abbreviated name)
- Profile photo
- Professional title and experience information
- Education information
- Certificates and professional qualifications
- Reference information
- Resume (CV) content
- Contact information (phone, email – not published in public areas)
such personal data are processed.

Important Information:
Phone numbers, email addresses, identity information, addresses and similar directly identifying data belonging to candidates are not shared in public areas and can only be viewed by platform members and authorized employer users.
Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Your personal data;
- Matching yacht personnel with employers
- Receiving and evaluating job applications
- Publishing limited profile information of candidates in public areas
- Employer members being able to review candidate profiles
- Ensuring in-platform communication
- Ensuring the security and operation of the platform
are processed for these purposes, limited to the purpose, measured and in accordance with the principle of data minimization.
Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data; may be published in public areas only as limited profile information, Detailed CV and contact information is only shared with platform members and authorized employer members. Your personal data is not sold, transferred or shared without permission to third parties for commercial purposes.
Legal Basis
Your personal data, in accordance with Article 5 of the KVKK;
- Your explicit consent
- Establishment, use or protection of a right
- Provision of platform services
are processed based on legal reasons.
Retention Period
Your personal data is kept for the duration of your membership or for the legal retention periods specified in the relevant legislation. If explicit consent is withdrawn, the relevant data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
Your Rights Under KVKK
In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK;
- Learning whether your personal data is processed
- Requesting information if processed
- Requesting correction if incomplete or incorrectly processed
- Requesting deletion or destruction of your personal data
- Withdrawing your explicit consent at any time
you have rights. You can exercise these rights through the platform or in writing. Candidates can change their profile visibility settings at any time and withdraw their explicit consent regarding the processing of their personal data.
