Professional Summary

Raised on the water I have 30 years sailing experience from racing 505 dinghies up to 45 foot yachts. I have worked as a professional lifeguard and have acquired many skills while being involved in the sports and leisure industry from horse riding
to kayaking and surfing.

Further to my sailing and outdoor leisure experience, for the last 18 years I have worked in the corporate world as a senior manager within the advertising and media industry. This experience has assisted me in developing strong project management and interpersonal skills. I'm able to communicate on all levels working as a team player as well as man manager with the ability to understand how and when to adapt while utilising a demonstrative hands on approach.

Having completed my formal sail training as a commercially endorsed Offshore Yachtmaster with Powerboat level 2 certificate I now believe that the combination of sailing, sports and leisure and corporate disciplines along with my photographic skills acquired in advertising would be a great benefit to any sailing or sail training business.

I demonstrate a rare combination of experience within the corporate and the sports and leisure worlds. My acquired skills within both would be a great benefit to any business as a hands on team player and a man manager. I offer the the ability to not only work in the business but also work on the business utilising my corporate acquired skills for development and growth.

Currently I am residing in the UK, I am completely flexible and willing to consider any position that will allow me the pleasure of working within the sailing industry.
