I have 23 years experience as a Chef which 9 at sea : 7 years in 104 M Luxury Cruise line and 2 years Solo Chef on 30M Private/Charter Yacht.
During all those years I acquire an International Cuisine more specialized in Mediterranean, Asian and Fusion.
As a Chef I am very adaptable, easy to work with and good Time Management.
