Professional Summary
have been working as a chef for nine years with the past seven in some of London’s finest establishments. I specialize in Japanese and South East Asian cuisine including five years spent doing sushi. I also have excellent working knowledge of Iranian, English, French, Spanish, French, Italian, Middle Eastern and North African cuisine. My first language is English, second is French with a little Cantonese.
I have just completed 5 months in a ski resort working as a private chalet chef where I was able to considerably expand my skills and experience in a short space of time. I was able to cover all types of cuisine for the guests on a daily basis.
I am very hard working, passionate about my craft and excited for new challenges and adventures. I have experience in running both small and large kitchens, which I believe would be an added bonus when working on Yachts.
My references are my most recent job in Switzerland and a pan asian restaurant in London.
