I'm an Italian Free-lance cook, with a strong restaurant background, where I started as a dishwasher a long time ago.
I'm now Chef Assistant for the International Chef Congress 'Identità Golose' and still improving my experience with many collaborations (just back from France, nearby Escoffier birthplace).
I'm a fresh food passionate with a wide diet&nutrition knowledge.
I just still enjoy to make people happy with food and in the same time I manage the galley with an eye on detail (budget, avoid waste, promote well-being and knowlede of food origin).
I like yacht industry because offers me the opportunity to use my best skills and to do what I like the most: cook&travel. I'm a open sea lover.
