My name is Iuliia, I am Ukrainian. I have worked in MSC Cruise line as Butler in Yacht Club during 2 contracts (11 and 9 months).
I had the following responsibilities:
Meeting passenger in the ports terminal, escorting they onboard, presenting all service they could get. Escorting guest during disembarkation. Providing service in the bars and lounge to the guests, serving beverage, appetizing, wine, preparing buffets setup . Arrange receptions, service during private meeting. Room service – providing food and beverage to the passengers cabins according their orders. Service in the cabins – cleaning room, cleaning bathroom, changing bed linens.
I speak English fluently and basicly Italian and German.
