I am an accomplished 21 year executive chef with a culinary arts degree from Johnson and Wales University. 
     I have many accomplishments in my career such as; filmed on TLC's Four Weddings (And A Smoking Cocktail)  four Food Network programs at the South Beach Food Network Festival, and featured restaurant chef Chat Chow TV.
      I have approximately 44 months Head Chef charter yachts, private, and cruiseline experience in intercostal, river, and ocean crossings as well as fine dining restaurant (New York, Chicago, Miami), Miami Dolphin luxary suite chef, private domestic chef (Star Island, Coral Gables), and high-end private and celebrity event catering.
