• 5 year employment as sole Chef catering for up to 10 international guest and 5 crew in Italy, Monaco, France, Croatia and Montenegro. Menu plan, budgeting and provisioning. In Oct of 2008 change of ownership and name from M/S Princess Esra (2 years). As a contributing member of crew other duties whilst completing Trans Atlantic crossing include: Navigational day/night watch, tender driving, support to external deck crew.
