Let me introduce myself, My name is Carlos Boggio. I have Captain unlimited license, with over 15 years experience in commercial vessels registered in seaman book by the administration. I have worked with crews of many nationalities with little and many members. I give priority to teamwork. Unafraid to work on deck when the situation demands it. With willingness to learn and transmit knowledge, proactive, knowledgeable in hull maintenance and navigation equipment for ships. Basic knowledge of machines. Management ISM CODE. All certificates and courses updated. At the present time, I am in the area of the Caribbean. My availability is immediate; however, one or two weeks of notice would be better.
