I am communicating to you my passion and longevity for the culinary arts and the hospitality field. I thoroughly enjoy working with food in any style and on any level, and often find that my enthusiasm becomes contagious to those around me. I genuinely care about the creation and presentation of food, as well as the process of developing menus that cater to the taste of those . The process of food depicting is like a puzzle arrangement for me if one piece is not on his exact place I do not get the full picture. I am a perfectionist but I like the freedom to experiment with different ideas. For me cooking is a creative and fun process. Chef trained in Mediterranean, Italian, French, Mexican, American, Venezuelan, Thai , Balkans cuisine, seafood and good deal with other styles of cooking Experienced with all deck duties, I’m happy to assist with all duties aboard. I posses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. I am a very good team player, keeping the spirit of the team up at anytime. I am very comfortable meeting, talking and dealing with guests and their problems and working with all ages and cultures. I have a strong personality and I’m always committed to achieve high standards.
