I finished English specialized school and University of Tourism and Hospitalty, worked 6 years as a luxury travel agency, organising trips for VIP guests (hotels, restaurants/tickets reservations, yachts/cars/helicopters/ private jets/ chalets/ villas rentals, therefore I know to find an individual approach to every guest and deliver a high standard of service.
