All users who access and use the Crew Aboard platform are deemed to have accepted these Terms of Service.
The platform is a digital career and recruitment portal that connects yacht crew candidates with yacht owners, operators, and agencies.
Candidate users can create a CV, share their experience, and allow employers to review their profiles by registering on the platform. Employer users can post job listings, view candidate profiles, and communicate with candidates. The platform does not establish any direct employment contract relationship between the parties.
Users acknowledge that the information they provide on the platform is accurate and up to date. All responsibility arising from misleading, incomplete, or false information belongs to the respective user. Crew Aboard does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of user-generated content.
In the event of misuse of the platform, unauthorized data collection, spam activity, or any behavior that violates the rights of other users, Crew Aboard reserves the right to suspend or terminate the relevant user account.
