Professional Summary

I grew up in a family owning a tourist pleasure vessel and coming from an island having an affinity with the sea I naturally started my maritime career in the family business. I formalised my training in the UK gaining a commercially endorsed Yacht Master & STCW Certificates. I expanded my experience in various sailing and motor Charter yachts including Atlantic crossings, then progressed to take over a classic Maltese based 35m MY. I have controlled and supervised several major refits and dockings including being in sole charge of winter maintenance schedules. I am competent with budget control and scheduling. Being a qualified Master with a pleasant, warm and jovial personality suited to the yacht lifestyle, I am now looking for a command of my own
