I be working in Yachts now for over 5 years,
I'm an Australian culinary trained Chef, I love to create and prepare healthy and wholesome meals. As food is my Life.
I am also a trained Pastry Chef with excellent bread baking skills and dessert experience. I have extensive knowledge with the following cuisines: Italian, French, Greek, Japanese (Sushi), Thai, Indian, etc. I also specialize in Gluten Free as well as diabetic cooking.
My obtain a position as a CHEF on a luxury Motor Yacht that is either private and /or charter.
