Professional Summary

I am a bright and professional freelance chef with 5 years worldwide experience at various levels on yachts (up to 62m) as well as in villas and chalets. I am highly organised, able to plan, provision for and deliver healthy, tasty, varied menus from cuisine around the world. I pay careful attention to the needs and preferences of guests, clients, crew and/or staff as their satisfaction is my pleasure. I work to budget, sourcing the best suppliers and products as well as managing inventories to maximise use of supplies. I take great pride in having set up two galleys from a zero base and also from being able to walk into any galley or kitchen, immediately rolling up my sleeves and seamlessly delivering the service expected. Whilst I insist on working to high standards of food safety and hygiene, I am open to learning new ways of working and to expanding my culinary expertise. I am looking forward to my next challenge, be it on a yacht, in a villa, a hotel or a restaurant. I also speak Turkish and French with a basic understanding of German and Italian.
