A hard working and enthusiastic chef with a passion for food and the creation of dishes, trained in the slow food style and has worked with some of the best chefs in the UK including Rick Stein, Pierre Koffmann, Tom Atkins, Marcus Wareing, Richard Corrigan, Dominic Jack and Tom Kitchin. Varied ¬culinary experience and the ability to organize kitchens, a good knowledge of food, inventory planning, supply and management in both the UK and abroad. Experience in different styles of restaurants and a variety of sections, has a sizeable knowledge of kitchens and cooking in busy high-pressure environments.
I am very much an outdoors person and I love to spend time by the water. My interests include, surfing, sailing, skiing and rugby but I do also love to travel and I often find myself stuck into a book.
