I'm culinary trained with ten years of restaurant experience, three of those years cooking on charter catamarans and motor boats based out of the Santa Barbara Harbor. I'm also STCW certified. My meals are heavily influenced and inspired by Japanese, Italian, and Mexican Cuisines. I can easily accommodate vegan/ vegetarian/ raw/ and gluten free cuisines, and combine elements of these into meals regardless of needs to promote healthy digestion and provide extremely balanced meals.
