When it comes to being a chef, I have trained at the best culinary school South Africa has to offer (Silwood). I have worked in Two restaurants and they have both been 1 in Africa at the time I was working there. I have excellent culinary skills as well as a very good eye for detail. I am a very innovative chef.
The certificates I hold areas follows: STCW95, ENG1, Powerboat level 2 as well as my chef qualifications
I am coupled with Roxanne Eastment who is a qualified stewardess if a couple position is available. We are hardworking and very professional when it comes to work.
