Good day Captain!

Hope you’re doing well!
Please allow me to introduce myself. I have a degree in Mechanical Engineering (2006 - 2010 batch) and have served for ten years in the Indian Navy as a Submarine Engineer Officer with rich experience at sea and in refit operations. I’ve also completed tenures in Naval Dockyards and New Submarine Acquisition testing units.

Since retiring as a Lieutenant Commander in mid 2021, I have become a PADI Dive Instructor, specialising in Wreck Penetration, Deep Diving, Night Diving, NITROX diving, Emergency First Responder and have worked as a Dive Instructor in Sairee Cottage, Koh Tao, Thailand.

Most importantly, I’ve completed my Yachtmaster Offshore (Sail) at UKSA, Cowes, Isle of Wight in the United Kingdom and am excited to get started on my new career path in Yachting.

Furthermore, I’ve worked as an Aerial acts counter weight, Rigging and Fire Safety in-charge in Bliss Circus, Goa, India (no animals, only international human performers!). I’ve also worked as a Sous Chef at Cantiene Indienne, an Indo-french owned Vegan restaurant in Goa, India during the previous winter season (Nov - May 2023). I do sincerely believe that variety is the spice of life!

I love reading and writing, music appreciation and motorbike riding. I also enjoy cooking and am an amateur DJ. Diving and sailing are very close to my heart.

Looking to the future, I’d love to work towards getting my OOW modules and also save up money to become a Submarine Pilot, Dive equipment maintainer and Helicopter landing Officer.
