More than 5 years working in Hospitalithy, as a VIP and Kitchen supervisor taking care of guest service (meals and bartending) attention of details, working under pressure with positive outlook, working if is necessary even in the Kitcken.
Preparing healthy salads, sushi and most of italian dishes, making different kinds of pasta and bake the bread.
