I am habit to work in a structured way and my work style is characterized by accountability, initiative, decisiveness and focus on deadlines according to priority assigned. Job commitment is my core value while excellent interpersonal skills allow me to give due regard to human factor establishing effective work relationship with individuals at all levels and encouraging employee teamwork and cooperation. I joined the Italian Naval Academy in 2004, attended the Pre-Flight Course and designated Naval Aviator Officer in 2006 in Corpus Christi (Texas). I completed flight school with a highest grade and received a commendation for outstanding academic achievement during the helicopter flight training. I flew both Fix wing and rotary wing aircrafts. Once back in Italy, I have been mostly deployed in real operations and worldwide crises scenarios, most of the time on board military ships, deployed all over the Mediterranean, Indian and Atlantic Ocean. Throught my navy pilot career I developed a solid professional profiency and unique experiences. During the last two years at my squadron I had been nominated Quality Manager of the whole Quality Group System, developing a great knowledge, understanding of the technical/engineering field, conducting investigations and preparing reports on quality, technical and maintenance-safety issues. The latest military experience saw me involved as Flight Squadron Deputy Commander in Naqoura , Lebanon. In this position I worked with United Nations as a pilot performing fire-fighting operations, medevac, transports and reconnaissance flights in accordance with United Nation resolution 1701 intended to resolve the Israel-Lebanon conflict.
