Professional Summary

35 year career as an FAA instrument rated commercial helicopter pilot, a rotorcraft flight instructor, airframe and power plant rated mechanic with an inspection authorization. Neil also holds an airplane instrument rating and served his country in the US Marine Corp as a Crew Chief logging 986 hours in the Boeing CH-46 helicopter. After his military service he logged over 4000 hours working in a wide variety of operational environments including the offshore tuna fleet, DEA, heli-logging, flight schools, mining, tuna fishing, power lines, and tourism. In Europe, Neil flew for private high worth individuals, Adnan Kashoggi and Sheik Youssef El Khereji. He followed this, serving the Tallahassee community for 16 years as a Life Flight pilot and provided air support for victims at the Super Dome in New Orleans and local hospitals during the initial rescue effort for Hurricane Katrina.
