I am an accomplished food designer with years of experience in the field of making exceptional food. I have worked in yachts, restaurants, private mansions and my key areas of expertise include, but are not limited to the following;

I am an 18 year South African with a passion for water and adventure. I grew up sailing dinghies and teaching myself to windsurf and recently, kitesurfing too. I have done multiple Superyacht Deckhand courses. I completed Daywork in Cape Town, which included working on various yachts from about 30 to 70ft. This involved: Washdowns, stainless steel polishing, compounding, race preparation and general interior cleaning. I have references available too.
