Hello, my name is Gabriel, and I was born and raised in Miami, Florida. I am knowledgeable in many facets of life, from traveling, operations, electronics, captaining, cars and exporting. I am often referred to as a man of many trades. One of my passions is educating myself, and I am currently in the process of getting my pilots license.
I am always looking for a new challenge. I am a respectful man, who will always want the best for my boss and his yacht and willing to accommodate his needs as required.
For the last three years I have managed an international yachting company. We focused on refits, new yacht sales and staying on top of the market with new innovations and smart employees. I managed the purchasing of our fine fleet (yachts), launching a new yacht company, a broker, in charge of multimillion dollar refits and for many the interior designer, crew placement/ training, yacht transportation and have delivered some of the yachts to save the company money when shipping fees were to outrageous. I am a realistic business man and believe that because you have the money, doesn’t spend it foolishly.
Working for this company has helped me build and fine tune many skills, at the same time, being in charge of such vast operations is and was exhausting. I believe that life is about opportunities and enjoying every second. I enjoyed my suit and tie, but for now I am looking for a new challenge and exciting way of life closer to home. I am reverting back to Captaining as it is my passion, and as the saying goes, “if you could combine your passion and job, you will be a happy man”
