Professional Summary

I am an Australian stewardess currently based in Antibes, France. I've just completed a busy med season upon a private 55m boat I am excited for my next challenge in the industry.

While this was my first season on a yacht I have a strong background in hospitality having worked at one of Sydney's most well known restaurants (also a bar and guesthouse) for over 5 years where I worked in fine dining. I worked throughout a number of roles, a la carte waitressing, hosting, functions service, barista and bartending.

I spent 3 months on MY Step One where I worked mainly in housekeeping and laundry, and occasionally in service. In addition to this I spent 3 months day working on board large yachts (including MY Hermitage, MY Nirvana and MY Global (ex-Kismet)) and so have experienced many different dynamics and built up many different skills from organising a boat coming out of a refit, detailing a yacht head to toe and inventory work, to service, housekeeping and laundry to the highest standard.

I have also studied public relations and organisational communications so I have great organisational, communication and management skills which I feel transfer well into the world of yachting.

I have a keen eye for detail, am hardworking, enthusiastic, creative, friendly and kind.
