We are seeking exceptional crew members to join a high-profile 50m Private Yacht currently based in Croatia. We prioritize candidates with a proven track record in the luxury private sector who understand the nuances of 7-star service.
Open Positions:
1. Stewardess / Therapist (Dual Specialization)
• The Role: Delivering seamless interior service while providing high-end spa treatments.
• Requirements: Must be professionally certified in both Massage and Beauty treatments (facials, manicures, etc.).
• Experience: Previous experience on Large Private Yachts is essential. We are looking for someone who can anticipate guest needs and maintain the highest standards of the onboard spa.
2. Stewardess / Deckhand (Dual Role)
• The Role: A versatile position split between interior hospitality and exterior deck duties (mooring, cleaning, tender driving support).
• Experience: Solid experience on Luxury Private Vessels. You should be as comfortable serving a formal dinner as you are assisting with deck operations.
• Skills: Strong eye for detail and a hardworking, proactive mindset.
General Requirements:
• STCW and ENG1 must be up to date.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• A background in high-end private service (yachts or luxury estates).
• Professional demeanor, discreet, and highly organized.
