Second Stewardess/Chief Stewardess

✔️We are currently seeking a strong and motivated Second Stewardess who is ready to step up into a Chief Stewardess role. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to grow, learn, and be supported as they transition into a leadership position.

For the first few months, the role will be structured as a Junior Chief Stewardess position, allowing time to build confidence and settle into the role. Once the 3:1 rotation is implemented, the position will transition fully into Chief Stewardess.

We are ideally seeking American candidates.

You’ll be joining an established interior team, including a very capable Second Stewardess already on board who enjoys being a strong support to the Chief—creating a positive, team-oriented dynamic.

In addition, we are also looking to hire a Third Stewardess to complete the interior team. Green candidates are welcome for this role.

Vessel details: 47m, crew of 11, running a busy private/light charter program. It’s a well-run and balanced program with a strong focus on crew longevity, good time off, and competitive salary.
