Job Description
Experienced Chief Stewardess with at least 1 year on 50m+, specializing in high-turnover charter operations, team leadership, and delivering refined, detail-driven guest experiences across dual-season programs
Key Responsibilies
• Led 3-stew team with 100% guest satisfaction scores
• Handle inventory, provisioning, and budgets
• Oversee high-end guest service. Organize rotas and daily operations efficiently
• Housekeeping procedures: Cleaning standards, room setup, hygiene protocols, use of cleaning equipment, and inspection processes to maintain quality and safety.
• Laundry procedures: Proper handling of guest laundry, linens and uniforms, washing techniques, stain removal, sorting, and ensuring items meet cleanliness and presentation standards.
Sommelier Experience
Trained in wine professional. This experience that exceeds just serving wine— curate and elevate the entire wine experience. Course certficate as sommeliers through recognized organizations. Deep understanding of wine regions, knowledge of grape varieties, vintages, and prodution methods, recommending wines that complement dishes, recommended pairings to enhance guest dining experiences.
