✔️We are currently seeking a OOW Sailing Bosun for this incredible dual season 70m Private / light Charter SY
This multi-award-winning sailing yacht is looking for a Bosun with a strong sailing background to join a close-knit crew of 11. A great opportunity for an experienced deck professional ready to step into a leadership role on a high-performing yacht, combining luxury with true sailing adventure. Med season from July, followed by a transatlantic crossing to the Caribbean for winter.
The role:
• Lead and manage 2 deckhands
• Oversee deck maintenance and operations
• Confident tender driving (8m limo tender onboard)
• Hold navigational watches
• Maintain high standards across all exterior areas
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years’ yachting experience
• OOW 300GT (essential)
• Sailing experience required
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Proactive, hands-on, and team-oriented mindset
• Confident and competent tender driver
