We are looking for a Bosun/OOW for a 50m+ private M/Y.
They should be confident leading a navigational watch and preferably hold their OOW 3000. A safety focused mindset is essential along with the ability to guide, motivate and set standards for the deck team.
Someone with sail experience would be idea but not essential.
Ideal Candidate:
OOW 3000 in hand (all modules completed may be considered).
ENG1 in hand.
B1B2 in hand, ideally.
Employment Terms:
Salary $6500 to $7500 DOE.
Leave: 38 days / excellent training package.
Start date: ASAP.
Joining: Turkey.
