Job Description

Seeking an experienced Chef to join a busy Cayman-flagged 52m motor yacht on 19 June 2026 in the Mediterranean. Itinerary: • Mediterranean charter season (SOF, Italy, Capri, Corsica & Sardinia) Owner’s preference is for a highly skilled Chef who enjoys producing everything possible in-house, including: • Fresh breads • Handmade pastas • Ice creams • Sauces • Turn-down chocolates • Everything should be prepared in house from the most basic of ingredients. Package: • 8 weeks on / 8 weeks off rotation • Health insurance • 3 return flights per year to place of repatriation • Salary DOE, charter and cruising experience • Private Chefs cabin (no sharing) Additional opportunity: The program is scheduled to transition to a new 64m Sanlorenzo delivery in May 2027.
