Experienced Engineer/Mate & Stewardess for 24m Sailing Catamaran Seasonal or Permanent

The positions are seasonal, but has the possibility of becoming permanent.

Both candidates must have a MINIMUM of one year’s experience in the yachting industry, specifically on similar-sized vessels, with the Engineer/Mate demonstrating both sailing & engineering skills.

Sorry, no green crew can be accepted.

The Stewardess will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, service, and guest satisfaction aboard the yacht.

Key responsibilities include managing the interior, providing exceptional service during charters, and assisting with inventory and provisions.

A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to changing schedules are essential.

The Engineer/Mate’s responsibilities will include maintaining the vessel’s mechanical/electrical systems, managing safety protocols, and assisting with navigation and sailing operations.

Candidates should have a solid understanding of sailing practices and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

These roles are suited for individuals who thrive in a collaborative environment, as you will be part of a small team.

The yacht has a history of 8-10 weeks of charter over the last couple of years, and we are looking for a team ready to contribute effectively from the onset.
