Vessel Details:
• A 110m+ new build motor yacht currently located in the Med is seeking a Temporary Sous Chef to join the galley team immediately for a one-month contract to cover medical leave.
• This is an exceptional opportunity to join one of the industry’s most exciting new-build programs, operating a busy guest schedule with several trips planned throughout the coming month.
• The yacht runs with a highly professional galley structure and maintains exceptionally high standards across all areas of the operation and is offering a fantastic salary for the time worked.
Role Overview:
• This position is suited to an experienced Sous Chef who can step into a fast-paced environment and contribute from day one.
• Working closely alongside the Head Chef and wider galley team, you will assist with guest dining, crew food preparation, provisioning, galley organisation, and maintaining the standards expected onboard a world-class program.
• The role requires someone confident, adaptable, and comfortable operating within a busy guest-focused environment.
Requirements:
• You must have previous large-vacht experience, ideally gained onboard 70m+ vessels.
• Strong organisational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to perform under pressure during guest trips are essential.
• You must hold a valid Schengen visa/European passport in hand to be considered for this role as well as all other relevant qualifications/certificates.
• Start date: ASAP.
