✔️CREW WANTED: STEWARDESS & DECKHAND for 45m Private Motor Yacht in Mediterranean

We are looking for professional, hardworking, and well-presented crew members to join our team. Joining is immediate in Athens, Greece.
Location: Mediterranean (Starting in Athens)
Language: Russian-speaking (mandatory)
Requirements: Age under 35, strictly non-smokers/no bad habits, and no large or visible tattoos.
Duration: Seasonal contract until 15 October 2026 (with the possibility of extending to a permanent, one-year contract).
Leave: 4 days of paid leave per completed month.
Salary: €2,500 – €3,500 (depending on experience, to be discussed during the interview).
STEWARDESS (Housekeeping / Laundry)
Main Responsibilities:
Maintaining the interior of the yacht to the highest superyacht standards (housekeeping).
Handling guest and crew laundry, ironing, and delicate fabric care.
Assisting with service when required.
Requirements:
Prior experience on luxury yachts or within the high-end hospitality sector (luxury villas/hotels).
Excellent eye for detail, organized, and respectful of boundaries.
DECKHAND
Main Responsibilities:
Maintaining the exterior, washdowns, and polishing to keep the deck immaculate.
Assisting with mooring operations, watchkeeping, and line handling.
Safely operating the tender for guest transfers.
Requirements:
Mandatory: Valid Tender / Powerboat license.
Previous experience on motor yachts.
Strong work ethic, physically fit, and a team player.
