Head Chef with 15 years of experience in the F&B industry, currently seeking a Yacht Chef / Sous Chef position.

Freelance Yacht Chef โ€“ M/Y White Rabbit (84M), Singapore.
Head Chef & Senior Sous Chef in Singapore restaurants.
Strong background in French, Japanese & Asian cuisine.
Experienced in crew meals, guest fine dining, menu development & bakery (bread & desserts).

STCW 2010
ENG1 (Valid)
