We’re currently in Harbour Island, Bahamas for the busy summer season and need an experienced Sole Stewardess to join our tight-knit crew of 4.
The Role:
Full interior management on a private, family-oriented program.
Guest service, housekeeping, laundry, bar/fridge, and provisioning.
Occasional light deck help when needed.
The Program:
Active owner who loves fishing on the 52ft Viking, 39ft Invincible, and 17ft Dragonfly, plus entertaining family onboard. Busy Bahamas cruising in summer, quieter West Palm Beach winters.

Requirements:
Previous sole stewardess (or strong chief/2nd stew) experience on private yachts. Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and great with guests. STCW and medical required. US work authorization required.
