My Yacht Crew Job Posting Mate Wanted

✔️MYyachtcrew is currently looking for a MATE to join a 37m commercial Italian built M/Y
Itinerary: Eastern Med, single season
Start date: 28 of June
This is a seasonal position that could hopefully become permanent after the season
They will have some owners usage and hopefully a charter here and there.
Requirements:
-STCW, ENG1, YM Offshore commercially endorsed minimum and AEC1&2 ideally. All water sports teaching experience a bonus
-Schengen Visa or EU passport in hand
-Ideally have 2+ years experience as mate on a similar sized (charter) yacht
-Must be knowledgeable, hands on and adaptable. A confident tender driver who is safety cautious and works in a clean and neat way. Be on top of your admin. Be a solid team player willing to help out in other departments when needed, 70% on deck 30% charts corrections, security officer and ideally have experience with ISM
-They are after someone to commit to the full season.
-Must have great references as I will check them all.
The captain discourages drinking, so this is not a party boat
