We are currently looking for an Experienced Deckhand to join a 50m Motor Yacht based in Italy.
Position: Deckhand
Vessel: 50m M/Y
Location: Italy
Contract: Seasonal (with the possibility of becoming permanent)
Salary: DOE
Requirements:
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Valid STCW certification
• Valid ENG1 medical certificate
• Confident in all deck operations, including line handling and mooring procedures
• Experienced in washdowns, detailing, and general exterior maintenance
• Knowledge of yacht maintenance and deck equipment
• Competent and confident in driving and operating tenders
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Positive, professional, and proactive attitude
• Well-organized and able to work efficiently in a team
