tPhilip Hessl Consulting is currently looking for an experienced and motivated Bosun / Chase-Boat Driver to join a prestigious 50M Explorer Yacht.
Position: Bosun / Chase-Boat Driver
Yacht: 50M Explorer Yacht
Start Date: August 2026
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Bosun or in a senior deck position
Strong tender & chase-boat driving skills
Excellent knowledge of deck operations, maintenance & water sports activities
Valid STCW certificates and relevant licenses
Professional, proactive & team-oriented attitude
Good command of English
Explorer yacht experience is an advantage
