My name is Ruan Coetzee, and I am currently seeking daywork, temporary, seasonal, or permanent Deckhand opportunities.
I am based in Antibes, available immediately, and hold my STCW, Seafarer’s Medical, and Superyacht Deckhand Certificate.
Prior to entering the yachting industry, I worked as a Project Manager and Real Estate Agent, where I developed strong communication, organisation, leadership, problem-solving, and client service skills while working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. These roles taught me the importance of professionalism, attention to detail, teamwork, and delivering exceptional service.
