Vessel Details: • A 50m private new-build motor yacht is currently seeking a Female Deckhand to join their crew ASAP. • This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a brand-new programme from the early stages, working alongside a professional crew as the yacht establishes itself. • The vessel offers an excellent long-term opportunity for someone looking to grow their career within a well-run private programme. The joining location and cruising itinerary will be specified during interview stages. Role Overview: • This is a hands-on Deckhand position suited to someone who enjoys all aspects of exterior operations and takes pride in maintaining exceptional standards. • The successful candidate will assist with deck maintenance, wash-downs, mooring operations, tender driving, water-sports, and the overall presentation of the vessel. • The role would suit an energetic, motivated crew member who enjoys working hard and is looking to develop their career onboard a newly built yacht. Requirements: • Candidates should have previous yachting experience and a positive, hardworking attitude. Large tender driving experience would be considered a strong advantage. • Female candidates are preferred due to the current crew setup, although strong male candidates will also be considered. • Applicants must hold a valid B1/B2 visa and be physically fit, professional, and non-smokers. • The package includes an industry-standard salary (DOE), standard days annual leave, and access to funded training after one year onboard, with the expectation of a further year’s commitment following completion. • Start date: ASAP!
