✔️INTERIOR MANAGER for a well known 75m+ private motor yacht.
Employment Type: Rotational (time-for-time).
Salary: Strong salary on offer (in EURO).
Location: Med/US.
Vessel Details:
A well known 75m+ private motor yacht is currently seeking an experienced Interior Manager to join the vessel ASAP in the Med!
This is a well-established private programme offering a flexible time-for-time rotation, as well as other package benefits which can be discussed at interview stages.
The yacht will complete its Mediterranean season around mid-September before attending the Monaco Yacht Show, followed by a crossing to the US.
Position Overview:
This role requires an experienced and confident Interior Manager capable of taking full responsibility for the interior department and maintaining exceptional standards throughout the owner’s programme.
The rotation is managed without a permanent rotational counterpart, with the Second Stewardess stepping into the Interior Manager duties during periods of leave, so strong leadership, organisation, delegation and communication will be particularly important.
The yacht is open to established Interior Managers as well as accomplished Chief Stewardesses from 70m+ yachts who are ready to progress into an Interior Manager position.
The successful candidate should be polished, professional and comfortable working within a high-level private programme, with previous longevity particularly valued.
Requirements:
Candidates should have strong senior interior experience onboard 70m+ yachts, either as an Interior Manager or an experienced Chief Stewardess ready to make the step up.
Excellent leadership, admin skills, service and overall interior management skills are essential, alongside the ability to ensure continuity within the department while rotating on and off the vessel.
You must hold both a Schengen visa/European passport and a valid B1/B2 visa in hand.
The owners place considerable importance on health and fitness, so candidates must be fit, healthy and professionally presented.
Previous longevity onboard large yachts will be considered a significant advantage.
The package includes a strong salary per month (in EURO), a flexible time-for-time rotation as well as full medical cover.
