Job Description

We are currently seeking a Deckhand to join a 37-meter foreign-flagged private/charter motor yacht. This position is open to green crew, and we are happy to train the right candidate. We are looking for someone who is motivated, hardworking, professional, and eager to build a long-term career in the yachting industry.

POSITION: Deckhand
VESSEL: 37m Motor Yacht
PROGRAM: Caribbean Winter / Mediterranean Summer
EXPERIENCE: Green crew welcome
GENDER: Male & female candidates encouraged to apply
REQUIREMENTS:
• All valid and current certifications required for the position
• STCW
• ENG1 or equivalent valid seafarer medical
• Valid passport and necessary travel documentation
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Comfortable working as part of a close-knit crew
• Ability to take direction and maintain a positive attitude
• Good communication and organizational skills
U.S. Passport holder
Must be located within the United States
