Temporary Mate/Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Mate/Engineer to join a 32m performance sailing yacht for the upcoming Caribbean season.
The position will run for 6 months from 1st November, covering the Captain and current Mate/Engineer’s leave.
Position details:
• 32m performance sailing yacht
• Malta flagged
• Based in Palma
• Caribbean season from late November/early December
• 6-month temporary position
• 5 crew onboard – long-standing team
• Salary up to €5,000/month, depending on experience
• Back-to-back charter
Requirements:
• AEC 1 & 2 essential
• Strong sailing ability
• Good engineering skills
• Solid yacht experience
• Happy working in a small, established team
