Head Chef WANTED — 75m+ Dual Season Private/Charter

HEAD CHEF WANTED — 75m+ Dual Season Private/Charter | Temporary, October Start. Start: October 2026 Location: Italy. We’re looking for an experienced Head Chef to join a 75m+ dual season (private/charter) yacht for a one-month cover during shipyard, with the possibility of a short Boss Trip toward the end of the period. This is a genuine opportunity — the right candidate could be considered for a permanent position (~120 days/year) going forward. Please note: when the Owner is onboard, he brings his own private chef, so this role covers galley operations the rest of the time, working alongside an excellent Sous Chef already established onboard. What we’re looking for: • Solid Head Chef experience on similar-sized yachts (charter advantageous) • Comfortable running the galley solo during yard period, and able to step in seamlessly for provisioning, planning and service around a Boss Trip • Team player — will be working closely with an already-strong Sous Chef • SCC (Ship’s Cook Certificate) required • B1/B2 US visa in hand strongly preferred • Valid STCW, ENG1.
