Chief Stewardess seeking for yacht

PMR Recruitment are currently searching for an experienced Chief Stewardess to join a 37m Sailing Yacht. We are looking for someone confident, organised and guest-focused, with strong service skills and excellent attention to detail. You will lead the interior, managing a Second Stewardess during guest trips and working independently as Sole Stewardess when the yacht is without guests. Requirements: 2+ years’ experience in a similar role. Strong fine dining, wine and cocktail knowledge. STCW & ENG1. Food & Hygiene Level 2. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Confident working independently and leading junior crew. Must hold a B1/B2 visa or be a US citizen. Package: €5,000 starting salary, increasing to €5,500 after a successful 3-month trial. 13th month bonus after one year. 3.2 days’ leave per month. Flights home. Accommodation and meals onboard.
