Job Description
We are looking for a mate and stew / cook with a minimum of 2-3 years experience for a private expedition yacht. The yacht will run with 3-4 crew and the goal is that eventually the mate can step up and run the program when the captain is on leave. The yacht itinerary is TBD but likely to be USA – Bahamas – Pacific Costa Rica initially. The sole stew must have some silver service experience and be a competent cook but the cooking level expected is basic. Candidates coming from farming or mechanical background and who have worked on sail boats go to the front of the line.
