Job Description
✔️Temporary Land-Based Sole Chef – Caribbean
Contract: 1 month
Start: Beginning to mid-December (TBC)
Salary: Competitive day rate – TBD
Flights, accommodation & meals: Provided
We are seeking a highly experienced Sole Chef for a private family estate in the Caribbean during a very busy festive/charter period, catering exclusively for the family and their guests.
Requirements:
• 5+ years’ yachting experience or extensive high-end hotel/restaurant experience
• Confident working independently in a fast-paced, demanding environment
• Highly organised, adaptable and calm under pressure
• Strong menu planning, provisioning and stock-management skills
• Caribbean provisioning/sourcing experience highly advantageous
• Fluent English
Full responsibility for menu planning, cooking, provisioning, stock control and kitchen hygiene.
Potential for a longer-term working relationship.
