Job Description
Seeking a capable sailor to join a 60m sailing yacht currently in the USA.
Immediate start. Valid B1/B2 visa essential.
Requirements:
• Minimum Yachtmaster qualification, working towards OOW.
• Strong sailing experience and confidence with sail handling and manoeuvres.
• Valid STCW and ENG1.
• Organised, proactive and comfortable taking responsibility.
The role includes deck operations, watchkeeping, navigation, tender driving, sail handling and maintenance, supporting the Captain and Chief Officer.
As Safety Officer, you will also coordinate emergency drills, crew safety inductions, safety equipment checks and associated records under the direction of the Captain and Chief Officer.
