Job Description
Recruiting for a Chief Officer on a 45m vessel currently in South Florida. The position requires a strong candidate that can step into the role and can take ownership of the mini-ISM, LSA, FFE, bridge equipment and updates right off the bat. The vessel runs with a deck team of three so the right candidate must be able to be willing to help out on deck when required. A very positive attitude towards the boat life is required that wants to proactively teach the deck team new skills along the way to support overall crew growth. It is also a sports fishing program that runs with a 62ft sports fisher chase boat with its own crew so an interest in fishing is advantageous.
Will also take a strong OOW that has come from bigger boats looking for a step up into their first CO position.
